Insurance
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

• Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
• What is my deductible and has it been met?
• How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
• What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
• Is approval required from my primary care physician?

You can find answers to these questions by calling the number on the back of your insurance card under "behavioral health" or "mental health/substance abuse".

I take the following insurances at this time: 

• Aetna
• AmeriHealth
• Highmark BC/BS (Medicare)
• Keystone Health Plan East
• Magellan Behavioral Health
• Personal Choice 
• Tricare

If you don't have these insurances, please be sure to still check with your insurance, as you may still be able to see me on an "Out of Network" basis.

Please note that I do not take Keystone Mercy, Aetna Better Health, or other Medicaid-funded insurances.

Rates for those wanting sessions without insurance coverage
$110 per 45-minute session

Reduced Fee
Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis.

Payment
Cash, check and major credit cards are accepted for payment.

Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 48 hours in advance, late fees will apply.
